The United States of America needs a FEDERAL MANDATE on BIO FUELS. Force competition at the pumps and we will not need subsidies. A mandate will guarantee profits by increasing production of Flex Fueled vehicles (including NG). It is only in the interest of America’s enemy’s that we not have a mandate on FUEL CHOICE. The stickers on apples are mandated!
