Plane Crash – large

by admin on June 21, 2010

Len Johnson was in a terrible plane crash following the successful completion of the first biofuel flight across North America. On his return while flying on gasoline, Len’s plane crashed during a forced landing in Osceola, MO. Len was badly hurt, but miraculously survived. The tail number of the homebuilt airplane was N-637PS. Len and Sherrie named it for Psalm 63:7-8: “Because you are my help, I sing in the shadow of your wings. My soul clings to you. Your outstretched hand upholds me.” God continues to work in their lives, and they feel led to share what God is accomplishing through this experience.

@ohsguy04
Thank you so much. Perhaps some day you can tell me what you saw from your perspective.

@TheGardner5
Thank you, Chief Gardner. Do I ever remember you! Yours was the first voice I heard as I drifted back to consciousness. I am thrilled to hear that God is working in your life, and that of all of those around you. As you say, God was with me that day. That’s an accident no one should have survived. My wife says ‘Hi’ as well.

I am proud of you for accomplishing your goal on your bio-fuel flight. I am grateful God saw you through the crash. I am awed at your attitude throughout your recovery beginning from the very first moment I saw you in ICU. I am looking forward to the 10 year anniversary of your crash when we will look back and see how God used your life to touch other’s lives.
